Russia must support APG utilization at small fields

According to report, prepared for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, additional support of small fields (about a half of all points of APG flaring in Russia) is necessary to reach the rate of 95% of APG utilization.
The governmental decree that specifies requirements of 95% of APG utilization, came into force from January 1, 2012. According to the document, penalties for non-fulfillment of this requirement by producing companies came into force and by results of the previous year their amount will make up about 6 billion rubles, as the Russian Minister of Natural Resources Sergei Donskoy believes.
