Rosneft to become owner of 20.99% of Saras S.p.A.’s shares

Rosneft has summed up preliminary results of voluntary offer, made by the company Rosneft JV Projects S.A. in regard to ordinary shares of the company Saras S.p.A., Rosneft reports.
The duration of the offer expired on June 14, 2013. According to the preliminary results, the offer was accepted by owners of 213,796,505 of Saras S.p.A.’s shares that is 22.48% of issued stock capital of this company.
