Rosneft and Indonesian Pertamina are ready to sign an agreement on the implementation of the downstream project in Indonesia.
"We are talking about a framework agreement on the cooperation between Rosneft and Pertamina on the construction of a refinery in Indonesia," - the president's aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.
