Board of Tatneft to discuss extraction plans for 2016-2017

​The Board of Directors of Tatneft OJSC at the meeting on May 22nd will discuss the issues on holding the annual meeting of shareholders, on the process of works at the scientific fields “Domanic” and “Bitum” on the development of non-traditional hydrocarbons and oil extraction plans for 2016-2017.

Previously in May the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia and Tatarstan signed an agreement on the foundation of 2 fields on the development and implementation of modern technologies of search, exploration, development of scavenger hydrocarbons reserves in the republic. One site will work off bituminous oil, another one will deal with oil from new suites, new formations.

The agenda of the meeting of the Board of Directors comprises is the execution of Tatneft’s budget in Jan-April 2015 and approval of the budget for June 2015 as well as the results o the financial –economic activity for Q1 2015.
