Turkey is going to discuss possible discount for gas with Gazprom

Turkey is going to get discount for gas contracts with Russia, and will discuss this possibility with the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom A. Medvedev while his visit to Ankara next week, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey T. Yildiz says. Such opportunity is presupposed by the contract. Turkey is also going to discuss possible laying of South Stream pipeline via its territory if Russia suggests that. In his opinion, laying of the pipeline onshore in Turkey will reduce the offshore division a lot. Now Turkey is one of the largest Russian gas buyers.
