The Kiev company Nafta Region Service has appealed to the Administration court in order to prove illegality of pledging of Odessa oil refinery to VTB. The company claims that the Ministry of Justice should cancel introduction to its registry of the documentation of the contract for pledging of the mobile property of the plant that means cancelling of the credit agreement.
