Lukoil still plans to launch Karpatnaftokhim in the Ukraine, president of the Russian company Vagit Alekperov reported to journalists in Astrakhan.
“Actions, connected with increase of tax burden, are also negative in any country. But today we don’t fell discomfort, working in the territory of the Ukraine. Our retail network works stably, and chemical plant temporary stands idle. It is ready for launch, we negotiate with the Ukrainian government to make it operation more efficient,” – he said.
