Kazakhstan doesn’t see legal grounds to put pressure on companies, which develop Kashagan

Minister of the Kazakh Oil and Gas Industry Uzakbai Karabalin has expressed his disappointment with delay in development of the large field Kashagan in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, but noted that he doesn’t see any legal grounds to put pressure on consortium, which implements this offshore project.
