At present Rosneft develops a dividend policy of a joint company after the purchase of TNK-BP, a representative of the company states.
“The dividend policy of the joint venture is being developed now. As for the size of payments by Rosneft, it makes up 25% of an annual net profit under IAS,” a companion of the agency said.
