In the 4th quarter of 2013, Gazprom plans to start the production at the Kirinsk gas condensate deposit on the Sakhalin shelf, the Gazprom’s Deputy CEO Vitaly Markelov reported in interview to the magazine Gazprom, published at the company’s site.
