Sibur will pay $1.6 billion for 49% in Yugragazpererabotka to Rosneft

Sibur will pay $1.6 billion, or 56.532 billion rubles for 49% in Yugragazpererabotka to Rosneft, the company states in its report by ISA. In March, Sibur paid $567 million, or 20.548 billion rubles, and the balance will be paid within one year from  the transaction date.
