The Ministry of Energy awaits compilation of the list of oil deposits and the mechanism of their transferring of additional income taxation by October, the Deputy Minister of Energy, K. Molodtsov says. He claims that mineral tax is a mechanism working in Venezuela and Russia. Concerning the taxation of the financial result, it is a perspective to which they will transit one day.
The Ministry planned to elaborate the project for introduction of additional income taxation before the end of 2013, to test the model within one year more and to introduce it in 2016. The Minister A. Novak said that possible introduction of additional income taxation within the pilot projects was discussed with Surgutneftegaz, Lukoil and Bashneft.
