In 2013, the oil production in Russia must maintain at the level of 2012 at least, in the amount of 518 million tons, the Head of the Russian Ministry of Finance Alexander Novak reported to journalists. By 2030, the Ministry of Energy sets itself a task to reach the level of 540-530 million tons of oil. But this is possible only with the launch of offshore projects and development of hard to recover oil, including the Bazhenov group, the Minister said.
