Government of Novgorod region has approved the oil refinery plant’s construction in Lezno

The coordination council for investment at the Governor of the Novgorod region has approved the project of the Lezno oil refinery plant’s construction which is realized by AVRO LLC. The capacity of the future enterprise will be 3.5 mln tons a year.
