The Board of Gazprom has approved the purchase of the shares of gas distribution companies from Rosneftegas for 25.861 bln roubles.
Based on the market value assessed at “Kim and Partners” CJSC and “ABK-Active Business Consultations” LLC, the price of the shares purchased by Gazprom is to make up 25.861 bln roubles.
