The Gazprom’s Board of Directors has approved the purchase of shares of gas-distributing companies from Rosneftegaz for 25.862 billion rubles, the company reports.
Let’s recall, according to the assessment of 2008, ordered by the State and Gazprom, the value of all packages that belong to Rosneftegaz, was estimated at 26 billion rubles.
