In 2001-2004, specialists of the corporation Trading Europe Limited, Turkmenbashi complex of refineries and Ufa State Oil and Gas University developed a technology that allows you to receive asphaltic cement, which quality is as good as Iranian bitumen production and fully complies with international standards.
