Naftogaz to pay the second part of its debt to Gazprom before the end of 2014

Natalia Yaresko, served as Minister of Finance of Ukraine, has promised that Kiev will comply with all the Brussels agreement and will transfer the second tranche of the existing debt to Gazprom before the end of the year.
