Monopoly of Naftogas for gas sale to industrial consumers has been cancelled

The County Administrative Court of Kiev has proved illegal and cancelled the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine by which the Government made the largest 90 industrial consumers of natural gas purchase it until March 2015 only from Naftogas, Forbes Ukraine reports.
In November the Cabinet of Ministers approved a regulation according to which it made large industrial energy and heat generating companies purchase the industrial volumes of gas only from Naftogasy. The period of this measure is December 1st 2014 until February 28th 2015.
“This decision was made on December 16th”, it is reported.
