The chief of Rosneft I. Sechin and the Governor of the Tyumen region V. Yakushev have closed the long-term cooperation agreement. The document is aimed to broadening of cooperation in the spheres of improve of the investment climate, solution of the social issues, development of the mineral and raw materials base and scientific and technical potential of the region.
