Over 6,000 coal and oil bearing idle railway cars are concentrated in the Khabarovsk and Primorye regions, 99 trains in the total. The hardest situation is in Primorye that stores over 80 trains with over 5,000 railway cars. These are coal trains from Siberia meant for the APO consumers. All supplies for the local consumers were execution within the summer period.
