The structures of A.Abramovich, R.Abramovich’s son, purchase an oil company Vostok Energy. The businessman, is probably, plans to acquire a number of other small assets, unites them and resell in future.
A.Abramovich keeps an expansion into the oil business. Zoltav Resources, which co-owner is R.Abramovich’s son, has acquired the controlling stake of the British Vostok Energy, which business is only focused in the Saratov region. Cyprian offshore Royal Atlantic Energy was the seller of the asset.
