Norilsk Nickel demands changes

The largest producer of platinum and palladium Norilsk Nickel has proposed to the state with the business to make a breakthrough in the development of natural resources of the Russian Federation. Even minor changes in the legislative framework will enable to sharply increase the scale of geological exploration and areas of new fields.
As the first vice-president, operations director of Norilsk Nickel Sergei Dyachenko said during the Second National Mining Forum, the industry needed incentive mechanisms for increase of the potential in the interests of the country.
