Rejection to fight for Bashneft not to save AFK Sistema from new claims

On Friday, Moscow's Basmanny court considered the petition of the Investigation Committee on extension of the house arrest of Yevtushenkov for four more months, until March 16, 2015. On September 16th, the businessman was charged with the laundering of proceeds from crime when he bought Bashneft’s structures from Ural Rakhimov, since then he is confined to his flat.

The case was considered by judge Valentina Levashova, who presided over several resonant processes recently: she sanctioned arrests in the cases on a train accident in the subway and on the plane crash in Vnukovo.
