The Ukraine refuses to guarantee the smooth transit of gas to the EU.

Under the current transit contract the Ukraine could not fully guarantee the uninterrupted transit of the Russian gas to Europe, Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated on Thursday.
"Naftogaz" previously reported that it had sent another lawsuit in the Stockholm arbitration to "Gazprom", this time - for the revision of the transit contract.
"The Ukraine declares that we are the state that ensures the uninterrupted transit of natural gas, but in order to ensure this uninterrupted transit of natural gas to the European partners, we need to sign an agreement with the European companies, and we are ready for it", - Yatsenyuk stated, quoted by RIA "Novosti".
