Novak and Miller start negotiations on gas with the EU

On October 17, 2014, the Head of the Russian Ministry of Energy A.Novak and Gazprom’s CEO Alexei Miller began negotiations with the European Commission on gas supplies in Milan, the press secretary of the Russian President D.Peskov reported.
