Bashneft increased the share in Ufaorgsyntez to 76.01%

Bashneft increased the share in Ufaorgsyntez from 67.53% to 76.01%. The transaction was executed on October 16th. Now Bashneft holds 85 844 024 stocks in the company.

In September, Bashneft announced about cancellation of the contract for the sales of the United Oil Chemical Company to AFK Sistema.

A source close to the Board of Directors of Bashneft told before that the transaction closed in September 2013 presupposing the sales of United Oil Chemical Company to AFK Sistema for 6.2 billion rubles was cancelled. The decision was connected with confinement under home arrest of the owner of AFK Sistem, V. Yevtushenkov. On September 18 2013, Bashneft closed the transaction on the sales of 98% in United Oil Chemical Company to AFK Sistem for 6.2 billion rubles.
