Oil and Gas Refining Russia Processing ESPO Russia Oil and Gas Oil Pipelines Production and Refining
"Transneft" has started filling the branch of the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline to the "NOC-Khabarovsk Oil Refinery" (included in "National oil company"). Filling the branch with process oil began on August 14 at 4:30 AM MSK.
