From the beginning of August, the Ukraine imported about 500 million cubic meters of gas from Slovakia, it receives about 36 million cubic meters per day, the press secretary of the Ukrainian gas transmission system’s operator Ukrtransgaz, Maxim Belyavsky.
"In the first half of August, from 1st to 15th, almost 500 million cubic meters of natural gas were received from Europe to Ukraine via the Slovak route. The daily regime of the natural gas import is 36.3 million cubic meters,"- the message says.
