Novak: Kiev tries to exacerbate situation with the rejection of Russian gas

Refusal of Kiev from the purchase of Russian gas and creation of stocks for the coming winter may be an attempt to exacerbate the situation, said the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak. According to him, all necessary conditions for the new purchase were created by Russia. The new arrangements are not required.
