Naftogaz Ukrainy takes away 363 million hryvnias of debt from D.Firtash

On June 24th, the Supreme Economic Court exacted 315.87 million hryvnias of debt for gas from Rovnoazot in favour of Naftogaz Ukrainy and 27.03 million hryvnias of fines, 14.32 million hryvnias of inflation losses and 5.75 million hryvnias that are 3% per annum.
In February-June 2009, Naftogaz supplied natural gas in the volume of 132.17 million cubic meters to the total amount of 315.87 million hryvnias to Rovnoazot.
However Rovnoazot didn’t pay for the gas supplied.
