State holding company Rosgeologia can work in the Arctic only as a contractor

The State holding company Rosgeologia will be able to take part in geological exploration in the Arctic shelf only if it is hired by companies with shelf licenses or upon condition of introduction of two-level license system – for geological exploration and shelf development, the Russian Vice Prime Minister, Arkady Dvorkovich reported.
