In September – October 2013, Moscow Oil Company will cease operations for the planned repairs of a part of its utilities. It does not expect a deficiency in the market of the Moscow region, the CEO of Moscow Oil Company, A. Egizaryan says. The repairs will last not more than a month. All the work is coordinated with the Ministry of Energy. The Moscow Oil Company is going to move to the so-called four-year inter-repair operation, but it will need much preparation and coordination with the Russian technical supervision agency.
