The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.Medvedev had an official visit to Chelyabinsk the previous day. He was shown a facility, where 30 billion roubles was spent on.
The universal structural mill was launched at the Chelyabinsk Steel works one of these days. It will be able to manufacture rails of 12-100 meters. This equipment is up-to-date. It can produce up to 1.1 million tons of goods a year. It takes only 2 minutes to manufacture one 100-meters rail.
