Lukoil, Russia's second largest oil company, would have to borrow funds in the case of acquisition of Bashneft, one of the ten largest Russian oil companies, the head of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov told reporters.
At the same time he added that in winter Lukoil estimated 50% of Bashneft worth 4 billion US dollars.
