Rosneft paid $16 bln to settle financial obligations in Q1

​In Q1 Rosneft paid about $16 bln as a settlement of its financial obligations, the company’s head, I. Sechin, said.

“This year as of the end of Q2 we have made the largest settlements of financial obligations planned for 2015”, he said.

Mr. Sechin reminded that on the results of 2014 the company’s net debt fell by almost $14 bln. The net debt/EBITDA ratio fell from 1.8 to 1.5. The company plans to reduce this rate to 1.3-1.4 in a 3-year perspective.
