Rosneft, Gazprom, Novatek, Gazprombank, Sovkomflot, United Shipbuilding Corporation and Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade sign an agreement on the creation of a joint venture

On June 16th, Rosneft, Gazprom, Novatek, Gazprombank, Sovkomflot, United Shipbuilding Corporation and Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade signed an agreement on the creation of a joint venture, Rosneft reports.

The joint venture was created for the construction and design of ships, rigs and marine equipment.

The parties agreed to nominate the Far Eastern Center of Shipbuilding and Ship Repair (DTsSS) as a single point of placing orders during the selection of contractors and the conclusion of all contracts for the design and construction of marine equipment with Russian and foreign contractors. Within this program implementation, the parties will form a working group, which will be coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
