Kyrgyzstan asks Russia about duty-free oil for loading of its new oil refinery

Kyrgyzstan asks Russia to supply in 2014, 300,000 tons of oil on a duty-free basis for loading of its new oil refinery built by the Chinese investors, the Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan T. Sariyev says. Kyrgyzstan depends on fuel imports from Russia and Kazakhstan. It gets 1.6 million tons of oil products annually from Russia on duty-free basis that is 98% of total needs.
