Final investment decision on the construction of the 3rd stage of Sakhalin-2 to be made before the end of 2015

The final investment decision on the construction of the third stage of the LNG plant within the Sakhalin-2 project will be made by the end of 2015.

"The final investment decision can be made in 2015, by the end of the year. And four years of the construction, so it will completed by the end of 2019 - beginning of 2020,"- the deputy chairman of Gazprom, Alexander Medvedev reported during the World Petroleum Congress on 17th June 2014.
