The Cabinet of Ministers has approved stimulation of the sea water areas’ subsoil users

The Governmental Commission for the law project activity has coordinated the project of the law for stimulation of investment into the exploration of the mineral deposits in the sea water areas. The document presupposes setting of the guarantees of license granting to the subsoil users for deposits development in case of discovering of resources at the shelf sites. Thus, the companies can get the subsoil use licenses after successful geological prospecting.
