“Naftogaz Ukrainy” is about to get going gas reverse from Slovakia from September 2014

“Naftogaz Ukrainy” hopes to get going gas reverse from Slovakia since September 2014 or even earlier. The head of the company, A.Kobolev said.

“Slovakia is of great interest. But this question is negotiated with both the European Commision and the Slovak operator at the moment. There is a variant, which may start working from September. Naftogaz is going to buy test purchases of gas. It is the gas pipeline “Voyany-Uzhgorod”, which does not violates the current contract terms of the company “Yustrim” with “Gazprom”,” Kobolev said. According to him, the gas volume from Hungary makes up 11-12 million cubic meters a day at a maximum possible of 14.6 million cubic meters. “We will pump the remaining volume in the near future, I hope,” he said
