Gazprom to be ready to revive the 1st stage of the Shtokman on new technological scheme, changed LNG for pipeline gas

Tomorrow, Gazprom’s management will represent a new preliminary plan of the development of the first stage of the Shtokman field, which doesn’t intend the construction of a LNG plant, to the company’s Board of Directors, a source, who is familiar with the situation, reported.
Gazprom proposes a new technological scheme of the development of Shtokman's first stage that intends the ly of pipeline gas from the field to the continent and its further export transportation via the branches of the Nord Stream pipelinethat are planned to be constructed.
