Gazprom to prepare new fine for the Ukraine

Gazprom considers that Naftogas Ukrainy will have to bear responsibility under contract and the company will be billed for untaken gas, the Kommersant Ukraina writes.
In the first quarter, Gazprom exported only 6.9 billion cubic meters of gas to the Ukraine (-19%), and only Ostchem Holding buys gas actively.
