EC has prolonged beneficial terms for TAP and Nabucco West projects

The European Commission has decided to prolong the active exemptions from the European legislation for TAP and Nabucco West projects. The chief of the EC delegation in Azerbaijan R. Kobia says that the admitted decisions are one more step in completion of South Gas Corridor. Positions of both projects have achieved comparable level that will help to give objective estimation to Shakh Deniz consortium. The final decision on selection of a sole project, either TAP or Nabucco West will be admitted by the consortium in the end of July.
