Rail production is down at NTMK

As A.Kushnarev, managing director of the Nizhny Tagil metallurgical plant (NTMK, part of “Evraz”) stated, the output of rails undergoes difficulties because of orders lack. “We are about to produce 200 thousand tons of rails in 2015 at the best,” he said.
