Gazpromneft may pay from 16 to 24 million rubles to members of its Board of Directors for 2012

The Board of Gazpromneft, which is one of the four largest Russian oil companies, recommended to shareholders (at the annual meeting on June, 7) to make a decision to pay fees in the amount of 0.005% of the EBITDA rate for 2012 to members of the Board, who doesn’t fill any positions in the company’s executive departments, the company reports.
