Rosneft plans to increase export of bitumen products

Rosneft, the largest state-owned oil company of Russia, intends to actively develop export sales of bitumen production, as the Russian market will continue to decrease, general director of RN Bitumen Pavel Sterzhanov reported at the VI International Conference "Polymer-bituminous binders in road construction".

Thus, Rosneft intends to expand its presence in Germany due to the development of its bitumen business. "We are looking for new partners in foreign countries, with which we will move further," - he said, added that it’s too early to talk about the formalization of these relations in the form of a distribution.
