Eight European countries are against “Nord Stream-2”

The European Commissioner Jean-Claude Juncker received a letter, signed by the governments of eight countries, concerning disagreement on the construction of the pipeline “Nord Stream – 2”.
If the project is implemented, “Nord Stream – 2” can lead to “destabilizing geopolitical consequences,” is stated in the letter. “Nord Stream – 2”, which is currently under preparation, may be of some risks to the energy security in the Central and Eastern Europe, Reuters quotes the letter.
