The annual meeting of Nizhnekamskneftekhim’s shareholders will be held on April 15, the company reports.
The previous meeting of the Board of Directors was held on March 14, 2016.
The meeting pre-approved annual financial statements, including income statement of Nizhnekamskneftekhim for 2015. Results of financial and economic activities, implementation of the plan of capital investments and financing of Nizhnekamskneftekhim and on the whole group of companies Nizhnekamskneftekhim in 2015 were approved.
