TANAP and "Turkish Stream" gas pipelines not to compete.

Efgan Nifty, the Expert of the Institute of the Caspian Sea Strategic Studies, believes that Turkey's dependence on imports of natural gas is very high - 98 percent, in this regard it is very important to have different sources of its delivery.

Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP), the construction of which will start in Turkey on Tuesday, with all its importance will not be a competitor for the planned Russian-Turkish pipeline "Turkish Stream", according to RIA Novosti which interviewed Turkish experts - Efgan Nifty of the Institute of the Caspian Sea Strategic Studies and Volkan Ozdemir from Institute for the Study of Energy Markets.
